Introduction

Logistics is a multi functional program created to implement control over all the working stages of a courier delivery service. 

Logistics consists of two applications: a web version for operators and a mobile version for couriers (works on smartphones and tablets with Android and iOS).

Web version functions:
  1. creating and importing orders
  2. distributing the orders among units
  3. planning routes automatically
  4. monitoring the execution of routes
  5. communicating with couriers via chat and notifcations
  6. sending notifications to clients by email and SMS
  7. preparting reports after the execution of routes
Mobile version functions:
  1. sending data about the location of the courier
  2. tracking the route on the map
  3. changing the order status with a possibility to send comments and photos
  4. communicating with the operator via chat and with the client via calls.
