Notifications Overview

Notifications

To access the Notifications tab, the Notifications service should be activated in the billing plan or account properties.

Here you can create, enable and disable notifications as well as perform other actions with them.

To go to the tab, click on its name in the top panel. If it is not there, select the Notifications item in the main menu customizer.


Using notifications in the monitoring system, you can control unit movement, sensor readings, driver and trailer assignments, and so on. If a notification is triggered, the following actions are possible:

  • sending mobile notifications to Wialon and to the application for Android/iOS;
  • sending notifications by email, Telegram or SMS;
  • registering events in Wialon;
  • other actions in the system.
