Table Categories

This page contains a list of all report tables by topics. Tables are the primary way to display data in reports. Each table type has its own separate set of columns and parameters.

Reports on units are available in the module Basic reports, reports on a group of units and other objects can be found in the Advanced Reports module.

Unit Mobility

These reports can help you to control the movement of a unit, see all its trips, stops, parkings. You can attach a map with tracks and markers to such reports.

Geofences

Geofences are areas marked on the map. Using these reports, you can track which geofences the unit has visited or left, how long it has been there, and more.

Eco Driving, Driver's Work Mode

Reports in this category contain data on the driver's compliance with work and rest standards and on his potentially dangerous driving style: sudden braking and acceleration, speeding, etc.

Route Progress

In these reports you can find the points visited by the unit, how much it deviated from the planned schedule. A separate report on orders is provided to display data from the Logistics application.

Communication with the Unit and the Driver, Commands

All messages, orders, photos and video files sent can be displayed in a table. You can also know when the connection with the unit has been lost.

Assigning Drivers, Trailers, Passengers

Using these reports, it is possible to control the shifts of drivers, the assignment of trailers or other equipment to the unit, the entry and exit of passengers from the vehicle.

User Actions in the System and Data Entered by the User

In the reports, you can see which user made changes to macro-objects in the system: units, unit groups, resources, etc., and what kind of changes these were. You can also build a report with data entered manually by the user: unit profile, custom fields.
